Lanyard printed label also called tag, wash label. One of the practices in printing industry, It is more simple relative to offset printing. Generally Products are used in clothing, shoes, hats, underwear, or other daily necessities and textiles. The purpose is to let the customer know the material composition and wash standard. Printed label is relative to the woven label, Printed label also called wash label, wash brand. It include size label and certification of clothing tag.

Currently, more and more clothing factory make the main label on printing way. Material include ribbon, cotton tape, ribbon, satin cloth, cotton cloth, and so on.So, the main label, also known as printed label.

Printed label generally have two kinds of material. One is a ribbon, the other is coating. The ribbon is more expensive, and coating is more cheaper. The material of wash label generally use ribbon or non-woven.  The difference is it is best to be folded when use ribbon, it is easy to burrs after cutting. and non-woven no have this problem.

The characteristics of printed label:

Color is rich, gorgeous, high resolution, more fashionable.

High production efficiency. The production process of woven label  is similar to the fabric, so no high output as printed label. But more washable, appear more high-end.

The principle of printing: With film exposure resin version of the content in the form of a laser engraving on the version of the formation of the effect of concave and convex, need printing content can stick out, resin version on the machines use their cylinder rotation contact ink hang content or data on line.
