The Nutrisan takes place together with the Autumn Fair and the Biolife, a trade fair for regionally grown organic quality products, in Bozen. The fair provides an excellent information platform for consumers who want a balanced diet, as well as food producers, retailers and caterers. The topics are diversified and include, for example, food for intolerances and allergies, dietary supplements, natural products and the promotion of physical activity. The trade fair is accompanied by numerous tastings, a congress and workshops for specialists, professional associations, dieticians and nutritionists.
