The Expec is an international exhibition of electrical technology and equipment in the natural gas explosion that takes place once a year in Beijing. This fair is one of the biggest trade fairs for the industry of explosion-proof products, equipment and machinery and is held concurrently with China International Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (cippe). By pooling both fairs tremendous synergies are achieved, which make both events a must for professionals in the petrochemical industry. The visitors include worldwide well-known companies in the petroleum and petrochemical industry, but also oil-research institutes, overseas project departments, ministries and professional buyers from Sudan and Ukraine. The New China International Exhibition Center (NCIEC) in Beijing with an exhibition area of over 80,000 square meters offers the perfect setting to showcase the latest technologies and innovations in the fields for explosion-proof test instruments, equipment, electronic devices, port facilities, lighting and electrical machinery.
On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 3 days of the fair, from 26. March to 28. March 2015, about 65000 visitors on the Expec in Beijing.
